This is also a key location for <br />members of the community to use for things like shopping and meeting others. <br />While I understand the RHNA number for housing is high, this location is not near BART, as are some of the areas <br />around Hopyard and Owens Drive, which also is near 580 and 680 for those who must drive. <br />Please do not consider the shopping center.
