northerly right-of-way line of County Road No. 1530, formerly Pleasanton-Livermore Road, commonly kno-~n as Stanley Blvd., 66 feet in width; thence easterly along said northerly ri~ht-of-wc;y llne to an intersection thereof with ~he direct pro- duction northerly of the eaaterly line of that certain parcel of land designated as Lot 17 as sho~n on the map entitled "Addition No. I to the To~n of Pleasanton' etc., dated 1907 and filed August 16, 1907, in Book 23 of Naps at Page 23 thereof, Records of Alameda Countys California; thence southerly along last said northerly production and along last said easterly line of Lot 17 and along the direct pro- duction southerly of last eaid easterly line of Lot 17 to an intersection thereof with the general southerly line of that certain parcel of land designated as Lot 22 on the aforesaid map entitled "Addition No. I to the Town of Pleasanton' etc.; thence northeasterly along last said general southerly line of Lot 22 to an angle point therein at the comer common to Plot 1, Plot 2 and Plot 3 of the Rancho el Valle de San Jose, as said Plots are described in that certain Decree of Partitions in that certain action entitled "Augustine Bernal and Juanna Higuerra Bernale his wife, Plainrifles vs Juan Pablo Bernal, et ale Defendents', in the District Court of the Third Judicial District in and for the County of Alemedea State of California, Action No. 1723, a copy of which Decree was recorded April 12, 1869, in Book 40 of Deeds at page 315s Records of Alameda County, California; thence southeasterly along the line dividing said Plot 2 from said Plot 3 to an intersection thereof with the northwesterly line of the Southern Pacific Company right-of-ways 100 feet in width; thence southwesterly along said northwesterly right-of-way line to an intersection thereof with the aforesaid general northerly boundary line of the City of Pleasanton as said boundary line was established in the aforesaid Order of Incorporation of the Town of Pleasanton; thence in a general westerly direction along said general northerly boundary line to the point of beginning.
