City council
members must function in the best interests of the entire city, not merely a geographic slice of it. That
is a recipe for division snd discord. I suspect that those who support it fully intend to encourage such
discord.
It is a very bad idea for those who believe that the City Council should find a way to speak with one
voice in the best intetedts of the whole city.
This should not be implemented!
