2 <br /> <br />New high density property should be located more near BART or on the periphery of the city or in locations that do not <br />replace current necessary and convenient retail locations. In addition, another large complex should not be placed near <br />the intersection of Valley and Santa Rita, which is already one of, if not the most, congested intersections in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission has identified more than enough sites to accommodate additional housing. These two <br />shopping center sites are not necessary to be added.
