Residential development on the USL Parcels would provide housing to support current and <br />planned major employment centers in East Pleasanton. As noted by members of the Planning <br />Commission during its November 10, 2021 consideration of the HE Update preliminary sites list, <br />residential development on the USL Parcels would provide housing to support anticipated industrial <br />development of the adjacent land recently acquired by Amazon. <br />- <br />USL has worked diligently with the City and Staff over the previous 15 + years to plan the East <br />Pleasanton area.
