IV. BOUNDARY <br /> The proposed TVTMD includes all lodging businesses with five (5) rooms or more located within the <br /> boundaries of the Town of Danville, the cities of Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton and those <br /> portions of the unincorporated areas of Contra Costa and Alameda Counties shown on the map <br /> below,which include the communities of Alamo,Blackhawk, and Sunol, the portion of the counties <br /> that lies between the cities of Pleasanton and Livermore, and that portion of Alameda County which <br /> lies southeast of Interstate 580. <br /> As used herein the term "lodging business" means any structure, or any portion of any structure, <br /> which is occupied or intended or designed for occupancy by transients for sleeping purposes. Lodging <br /> business includes any hotel, apartment complex, inn, motel, studio hotel, bachelor hotel, lodging <br /> house, or rooming house. Lodging business does not include vacation rentals. <br /> The TVTMVID's boundaries shall remain conterminous with each participating jurisdiction's <br /> boundaries. Therefore, future lodging businesses annexed into the participating jurisdiction's after <br /> the establishment of the TVTMD shall automatically be included within the TVTMD's boundaries <br /> when the responsible jurisdiction's Financial Officer issues a lodging license to that lodging business. <br /> The TVTMD, as shown below,will initially consist of forty (40) lodging businesses. The boundaries <br /> shall be the boundaries as noted above of each jurisdiction as may be amended from time to time.
