EXHIBIT A <br />Scope of Consultant's Services <br />Company shall present to Client candidates for such positions as Client may from time to time <br />request The details of such assignments may be set forth in written or electronic communications <br />between the parties Company shall verify employment references, education, and, where <br />applicable, professional licenses Company shall, at Client's expense, perform such other resume <br />verification as criminal background, credit checking and skills testing as may be requested m <br />writing by Client and acknowledged by Company Resumes and other materials concerning <br />candidates presented by Company shall be forwarded to contact person(s) designated by Client <br />Compensation <br />Hourly Rates charged shall vary depending on the experience of the employee assigned to the <br />City of Pleasanton and will be agreed upon by both parties before an employee is assigned to <br />work at the City of Pleasanton <br />The following discounts shall apply: <br />Conversion Discount Schedule <br />Billable Hours Worked Reduction from Full Fee <br />0-240 25% <br />241-561 <br />20% Reduction <br />562-882 <br />15% Reduction <br />883-960 <br />10% Reduction <br />961+ <br />No Reduction <br />7 1 P a g e <br />
