Eschelbach, a single woman, by deed dated October 31, 1961, recorded November 3, 1961~ on reel 445 of Official Records at image 314 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, with the southeasterly right-of-way line of County Road No. 1530, co~nonly kno~m as Stanley Boulevard, 66 feet in width, and running thence northeasterly along said riSht-of-way line to an intersection thereof with the general easterly line of said parcel of land; thence southerly, easterly and southerly alon8 said general easterly line to an intersection thereof with the southwesterly line of said parcel; thence northwesterly along said southwesterly line to an intersection thereof with the direc~ production northerly of the 8eneral easterly line of the City of Pleasanton, said easterly line being the easterly line of the lands of John Foley as described in the Order of Incorporatio'~n of the To~n of Pleasanton, adopted June 11, 1894, and filed in minute book 16 of the Board of Supervisors of Alameda County, at page 322 thereof; thence southerly along said direct production northerly to an intersection t~ereof with the general northerly boundary line of the City of Pleasanton, as said northerly boundary line was established by the Order of Incorporation of the Town of Pleasan~on; thence in a general westerly direction alon8 said general northerly boundary line to an intersection thereof with the southeasterly line of that 2-8
