EXHIBIT "A" DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ANNEXA ICU NO. 37, GOLDEN EAGLE ANNEX All that certain real property situated in Township of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Edwin W. Carter and Esther C. Carter, alias, his wife, to Edwin W. Carter and Esther C. Carter, his wife, by deed dated January 26, 1960, and re- corded in Reel 17 of Official Records, at image 313 thereof (AR-10866), Records of Alameda County, California, said corner being an angle point in the general westerly boundary of that territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton by Ordinance No. 354 adopted January 21, 1963, a map of which was filed February 28, 1963, in Map Book 43 at Page 3A, Records of Alameda County, California, and a point on the Mount Diablo Meridian; thence in a general northeasterly and southeasterly direction along said general westerly boundary line to an intersection thereof with the eastern line of Plot 46, Rancho el Valle de San Jose, as said Plot 46 is described in the Decree of Partition, in the District Court of the Third Judicial District of the State of California, in and for the County of Alameda, Augustine Bernal and Juana Higuerra Bernal, his wife, Plaintiffs, vs. Juan Pablo Bernal, et al, Defendents, Case No. 1723, a copy of which was recorded April 12, 1869, in Book 40 of Deeds at Page 315, Records of Alameda County, California; thence leaving said general westerly boundary southerly along the eastern line of said Plot No. 46, Rancho el Valle de San Jose to the intersection thereof with the northwestern line of that certain parcel of land conveyed by Joshua Chadbourne, et ux, to Phebe A.
