CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 401 ZONING UNIT NO. 32, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE)AND "ZONING MAP:~ OF SAID ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 32 as shown on map dated November, 1964, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning district of said territory. SECTION 2. Said Territory and zone classification, as amended, is further described as follows: Application of Pleasanton Investors, 582 Market Street, .San Francisco, for rezoning of approxi- mately 266.4 acres in the northern portion of Annex No. 32 (Rose Annex), southeasterly of the intersection of Interstate Route 580 and Santa Rita Road, rezoned to the following districts: R-1, single family residential district, as shown on Exhibit A, 219.8 acres. RG-25, residential garden apartment district, as shown on Exhibit A, 18.2 acres. C-N, neighborhood commercial district, as shown on Exhibit A, 5 acres. C-T, thoroughfare commercial district, in- dicated as a motel site, as shown on Exhibit A, 12 acres. A, agriculture district, as shown on Exhibit A, 11.4 acres. INTRODUCED AND READ at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on November 2, 1964. READ AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Pleasanton held on November 9, 1964, by the following vote: AYES: COUNCILMEN CAIRO, HARDING, McWILLIAMS AND MAYOR LONG NOES: NONE ABSENT: COUNCILMAN BUBICS - 1-
