CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 400 ZONING UNIT NO. 31, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE)AND "ZONING MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 31 as shown on map dated October, 1964, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of Which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning district of said territory. SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further descirbed as follows: Application of D & V Builders, Inc., 6000 Telegraph Avenue, Oakland, California, for zoning of approximately 90 acres in tentative Tract No. 2680, north of Black Avenue, south of Valley Avenue, and east of Hopyard Road, presently zoned Agricultural-A District, re- zoned to the following districts: R-1 District, single family residential district, as shown on Exhibit A. RG-15 District, garden apartment residential district, as shown on said exhibit. RG-25 District, garden apartment residential district, as shown on said exhibit. INTRODUCED AND READ at a regular meeting of the City Council. of the City of Pleasanton on September 28, 1964. READ AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Pleasanton held on October 5, 1964, by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Harding, McWilliams and Long. NOES: None.
