Downtown Revitalization District Parking In-Lieu Fee - When development within the Downtown Revitalization District is not able to accommodate all of its required parking onsite the following fee will be collected by the City to purchase land for and to construct - Subject to annual inflation adjustment on April 1 of any year in which the fee has not been recalculated, based on the annual change in Engineering News Record Construction Cost Index.
