The parcel map submittal shall include the minor subdivision number under which the minor <br />subdivision application was approved and the Assessor's Parcel Number(s) for the original <br />parcel(s) prior to Subdivision. <br /> <br />Any dedications, open offers of dedication, or grants of easements may be dedicated and <br />accepted on the face of the map. Agreements or other required items shall be recorded as <br />separate documents concurrently with the recordation of the parcel map. <br /> <br />That the developer's title company records the final parcel map and any required separate <br />documents with the Alameda County Recorder's Office. <br /> <br />That the developer provides the City with a reproducible mylar copy of the recorded parcel map <br />with all recording data shown. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />When the map is submitted for City Engineer's signature, the developer shall provide the City <br />with a floppy disc in DFX format of the Parcel Map, excepting the certification information. The <br />disk shall also provide the following information: <br /> <br />a. Street address centered on lot <br /> <br />b. Building outlines for existing structures. <br /> <br />That any existing assessment district, which the property may be subject to, be cleared prior to <br />the submittal of the parcel map for the City Engineer's signature. The developer shall cause an <br />apportionment of the original parcel's assessment(s) to be completed to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer and City Attorney for each applicable assessment district in conjunction with the <br />parcel map. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />If a segregation is completed, the civil engineer who prepares the Apportioned Assessment" for <br />the developer, or the land surveyor who prepares the parcel map, shall provide the City Engineer <br />of the City of Pleasanton with a complete list of the new Assessor's Parcel Numbers as soon as <br />possible after they have been assigned by Alameda County. These new Assessor's Parcel <br />numbers shall be placed on a copy of Exhibit "A" of the Apportioned Assessment Document in <br />direct correspondence with the amended assessment numbers and the new lot or parcel numbers <br />for the parcel map which created the subdivision. Two copies shall be submitted. <br /> <br />The property owner/developer shall deposit a bond with the City to ensure completion of any <br />required improvements. This bond shall be in a standard form approved by the City Attorney <br />and shall be in an amount satisfactory to the City Engineer. The City Engineer may waive this <br />requirement when the required improvements have been satisfactorily installed prior to map <br />recordation. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />Forms~as.wj.sm <br /> <br /> <br />
