Exhibit B Conditions of Approval PSDR-182, Mike Szeredy/PeopleSoft 4500 PeopleSoft Parkway June 15, 2004 The sign details shall be in substantial conformance to Exhibit A, dated "Received January 20, 2004," on file with the Pleasanton Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed, subject to the approval of the Planning Director if found to be in substantial conformance to the approved exhibits. The proposed sign color change shall conform to the paint colors specified in Exhibit A, dated "Received January 20, 2004." The sign shall be halo-illuminated. To minimize light pollution, there shall be no ground-mounted illumination of the sign. The landscaping mound the sign shall conform to the landscaping plan dated "Received March 26, 2004," on file with the Planning Department. Prior to the final inspection of the sign, the new landscaping shall be installed per the submitted plan. If sprinklers are to the used to irrigate the landscape area around the monument sign, the sprinkler heads shall be directed away form the sign to avoid water directly spraying onto the sign. The proposed Cedms deodar shall be a minimum of 15 gallons in size, and the proposed Dietes hybrids and Pyres Calleryana shall be a minimum of five gallons in size. The applicant shall contact the Planning Depas'hnent to schedule a final inspection of the proposed signs and the required landscaping prior to a final inspection by the Building Department. All appropriate City permits shall be obtained prior to the construction. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. No construction shall be allowed on Federal holidays. All construction equipment must meet DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. /en
