Resolution No. 04-043 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />(iii) <br /> <br />Funds 903,904,900- $470,291; Standard Pacific <br />June 30, 2003 Cash Balance - $617,255 <br />Project - Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan Improvements <br />These funds were expended in FY2003-04 to reimburse the <br />County for recently completed improvements to E1 Charro <br />Road and the Arroyo Mocho/La~s Positas, as called for in the <br />City's Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan. <br /> <br />Fund 446 - $15,300; Glanville/Auf Der Maur <br />June 30, 2003 Cash Balance - $25,369 <br />Project -Undergrounding of Overhead Utilities <br />This fund received a finding in April 1999. PG&E Rule 20A <br />money will fund the project in addition to this contribution. <br />This project is currently third on a list of future underground <br />utility districts. <br /> <br />(v) <br /> <br />Fund 451 - $3,052; Presley <br />June 30, 2003 Cash Balance - $5,060 <br />Project - Traffic Signal - Foothill ~ Laurel Creek <br />This fund received a finding in April 1999. <br />Kaiser Permanente installed this signal. City is awaiting receipt <br />of invoice from Kaiser before reimbursing them from this fund. <br /> <br />(vi) <br /> <br />Fund 464 - $12,000; Shapell <br />June 30, 2003 Cash Balance - $19,724 <br />Project- Extension of Livingston Way <br />The Lund Ranch II project is currently going through the EIR <br />process. If the Lund Ranch II project progresses, this stxeet <br />will be extended. <br /> <br />(vii) <br /> <br />Fund 271 - Lower-Income Housing Fund <br />$1,421,461 collected in FY 1997-98. Cash Balance at June 30, <br />2003 is $10,709,599. Lower-Income Housing Fees are being <br />accumulated in this fund. These fees have been and will be put <br />toward the construction of an assisted living facility in FY <br />2003-04, will continue to be used for affordable housing loan <br />programs on the Bemal property and other housing projects and <br />programs. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
