CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 04-039 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDiNG PERMIT PARKING ZONE TO iNCLUDE <br />PECAN COURT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City of Pleasanton Ordinance No. 1376 establishes the procedures for residential Permit <br /> Parking Zones; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the above-referenced Ordinance requires that specific zone boundaries be approved by a <br /> City resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The City hereby establishes an extension to the residential permit parking zones in the <br />area as detailed on Exhibit A, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />The area detailed in Exhibit A consists of all of the portions of Pecan Court, which is <br />located in the Oak Hill neighborhood. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND REGULARLY <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT A MEET1NG HELD <br />ON JUNE 1, 2004 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and Mayor Pico <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: /~ <br /> <br />Daivn G.
