This scope covers additional work on the project design and <br /> Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND)to better demonstrate measures intended to <br /> avoid impacts to the Alameda whipsnake and support for the City of Pleasanton (City) in project <br /> implementation.The project design work includes additional fieldwork to map trails that will be <br /> decommissioned in the area and update construction drawings to include protection measures to <br /> avoid potential impacts to the snake.The project implementation support services include <br /> preparation of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and completion of pre-construction <br /> site surveys and construction monitoring in accordance with the project's biological resources <br /> protection measures. <br /> The task numbering presented in this scope of work correlates with the task numbering in our <br /> existing contract, using Task 4.2 for revisions to the IS/MND, Task 5 for Project Management, and <br /> Task 7 for Trail Design;and adding Tasks 8 and 9 for project implementation support. <br /> Task 9 costs will be determined once the design is complete and the project is bid. <br /> I look forward to hearing from you after you have reviewed this scope of work.
