CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 04-031 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF ANNUAL REPORT FOR <br />LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. <br />1984-1, PONDEROSA (PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPING AND <br />LIGHTING ACT OF 1972) <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Section 2: <br />Section 3. <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />Philip A. Gmbstick, City Engineer, the person designated by this Council <br />as the Engineer of Work for Landscape Assessment District No. 1984-1, is <br />hereby directed to file an annual report in accordance with the provisions <br />of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. <br /> <br />There are no proposed new improvements or substantial changes in the <br />existing improvements. <br /> <br />This resolution is adopted pursuant to Section 22622 of the Streets and <br />Highways (',ode. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON AT A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 1, 2004 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br /> <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and <br />Mayor Pico <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Dt{wn G.
