RESOLUTION NO. 21-1257 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCEPTING THE FY 2020/21 YEAR-END FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET AND AMEND THE FY 2021/22 CIP BUDGET WHEREAS, each year a report of financial condition of the Capital Improvement Program is presented to Council which includes staff recommendations for budget amendments and carryovers; and WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021; and WHEREAS, as a result of the year-end financial review, staff made numerous recommendations as outlined in that report. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: SECTION 1. Amend the FY 2020/21 Capital Improvement Program Budget: a) As shown in the Attachment. b) Allocate expense and revenue budget for Annual Bicycle and Pedestrian Related Improvements Project (20543) for TDA Grant fund and reduce the same from Measure B & BB. SECTION 2. Amend the FY 2021/22 Capital Improvement Program Budget for Annual Sidewalk Maintenance Project (22512) by changing the funding source from Measure BB to Gas Tax. SECTION 3. City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions.
