CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 04-028 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ORDER <br />IMPROVEMENTS IN LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPE <br />ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1993-1, WINDSOR <br />(PURSUANT TO THE LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ACT <br />OF 1972) <br /> <br />THE CITY <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS <br /> <br />The City Council intends to levy and collect assessments within <br />Lighting and Landscape Assessment District No. 1993-1, Windsor <br />during fiscal year 2004/05. The area of land to be assessed is <br />located in the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County. <br /> <br />The improvements to be made in this assessment district are <br />generally described as follows: <br /> <br />The maintenance of the masonry walls, trees, shrubbexy, <br />groundcover, and irrigation systems situated on the northeast side of <br />Tapestry Way and Minton Court, Lot A in the northwest comer of <br />the subdivision and also Lot C in the southwest comer of the <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />In accordance with this Council's resolution directing the filing of an <br />annual report, Philip A. Gmbstick, Engineer of Work, has filed with <br />the City Clerk the report required by the Landscaping and Lighting <br />Act of 1972. All interested persons are referred to that report for a <br />full and detailed description of the improvements, the boundaries of <br />the assessments upon assessable lots and parcels of land within the <br />assessment district. <br /> <br />Section 4. The City Council approves the report as filed. <br /> <br /> <br />
