Ordinance 1905 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />Approves the PUD development plan to construct two new single-family homes <br />measuring approximately 1,200 sq. ft. and 2,557 sq. ft. on two lots measuring <br />approximately 4,259 sq. ft. and 8,141 sq. ft., respectively, subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />The City Staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant <br />to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> <br />Section 5. <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the <br />City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15 <br />days) in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 6.
