Feedback form clients and families will occur shortly after service <br />delivery as to provide input that will guide the program. <br />Financial Overview <br />The anticipated cost of the recommended two-year pilot program is $844,462. These <br />funds will cover two full-time employees and one part-time temporary employee, or <br />similar contract and related non -labor expenses. Staff has provided other options for <br />comparison by the Council, ranging in cost from $688,145 to $1,744,580 (in Table 5 on <br />page 9). In addition, staff expects to lease two vehicles for the clinicians' use at an initial <br />cost of $29.862 and $12,661 annually thereafter. The two-year pilot program vehicle <br />cost is $42,522. <br />City Council allocated $800,000 from FY 2019/20 year-end General Fund balance for <br />such a program.
