Streets CIP Funds <br />Table 5A summarizes the FY 2020/21 activity for the Streets CIP Funds. The adjusted <br />revenue budget is reduced by $1.4 million which is to be carried forward for projects <br />with delayed revenues anticipated in FY 2021/22. Actual revenues were <br />$6.1 million less than the adjusted budget. This is explained mainly by two projects. <br />1) The anticipated $4.5 million Traffic Impact Fees (TIF) no longer be received in lieu <br />of transportation improvements required for the JDEDZ, and 2) $1.4 million grant <br />funding will not be received as the City has postponed the Bernal Park and Ride <br />project (18548). The remaining $200,000 is lower revenues due to interest income <br />and development fees. <br />The adjusted expenditure budget is reduced by $2 million related to projects that have <br />been closed out and the unused budget returned to fund balance. Actual expenditures <br />were less than the adjusted budget by $41.5 million.
