Adopted and waived second reading of Ordinance No. 2221 amending Municipal Code Chapter <br />9.30 Water Management Plan to reflect previously adopted Water Shortage Contingency Plan <br />update from the 2020 Urban Water Management Plan and make other minor adjustments <br />11. Approved and authorized City Manager to execute as -needed agreements for Utilities — Reservoir <br />Inspection, cleaning, and repairs with Catalyst Diving Inc. and CSI Services Inc. in the not -to - <br />exceed amount of $150,000 per agreement for a three-year term <br />12. Approved and authorized City Manager to execute as -needed agreements for Utilities — <br />sewer/storm flushing and Closed Circuit Television (CCN) services with Pipe and Plant Solutions <br />Inc., Presidio Systems Inc., Pro Pipe Inc., and National Plant Services Inc. in the not -to -exceed <br />amounts of $500,000 per agreement for a three-year term <br />13.
