THE CITY OF IN I <br />_°l°°° 0 ' CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />PLEASANTON. <br />November 16, 2021 <br />City Manager <br />City Clerk <br />TITLE: ADOPT A RESOLUTION SETTING THE 2022 CALENDAR YEAR CITY <br />COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE <br />SUMMARY <br />In recent years, the City Council adopted the practice of not scheduling Council <br />meetings that occur near holidays, and only two meetings during the summer months to <br />accommodate family vacations. Setting a meeting schedule for the 2022 calendar year <br />will assist in managing City Council meeting agendas. <br />Several special meeting dates have been notated as may be needed to discuss the <br />City's transition to district -based elections.
