RESOLUTION NO. 21-1254 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON AND THE PLEASANTON CITY EMPLOYEES' <br />ASSOCIATION/AFSCME LOCAL 955 FOR THE TERM OF APRIL 1, 2022, THROUGH <br />MARCH 31, 2025 <br />WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Pleasanton and the <br />Pleasanton City Employees' Association/AFSCME Local 955 expires on March 31, 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, representatives from the City of Pleasanton have met and conferred with <br />representatives of Pleasanton City Employees' Association/AFSCME Local 955 and prepared a <br />successor agreement covering the period April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2025. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />SECTION 1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Memorandum of <br />Understanding between the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton City Employees' <br />Association/AFSCME Local 955 for the term commencing April 1, 2022, through March 31, <br />2025. <br />SECTION 2.
