<br /> PUD-138 and Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map 8616
<br /> Applications for: 1) a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Development Plan for a 22-lot single-
<br /> family home development with related improvements, and 2) a Vesting Tentative Subdivision
<br /> Map to subdivide the existing lot into 25 parcels including two common parcels and an
<br /> agriculture/open space parcel on a vacant lot known as APN 94-16-6 located near 1000 Minnie
<br /> Drive (Spotorno Property). The proposal also requires vacation of a segment of a 16.5-foot-wide
<br /> public road easement located within the project area. Zoning for the property is Planned Unit
<br /> Development — Semi-Rural Density Residential (PUD-SRDR), Planned Unit Development —
