<br /> In cooperation with the community and the development and construction industry, the
<br /> commission is responsible for initiating and pursuing opportunities for developing, promoting
<br /> and retaining affordable housing within the community and the region. Recommend policies
<br /> related to affordable housing. Provide oversight of City affordable housing developments.

<br /> materials to protect from injury as directed by the Project arborist. The Project arborist shall be
<br /> on-site during all operations within the TREE PROTECTION ZONE to monitor demolition activity.
