OW .m wo <br /> p <br /> k <br /> r` "II <br /> 01111111011111111111 WI wrww..w.... <br /> t. <br /> to I <br /> or <br /> ' / <br /> w- {{ <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> Res. 17-961 allows Happy Valley properties within the City's urban growth boundary to <br /> apply for City water and sanitary sewer services on a case-by-case basis subject to the <br /> following factors: <br /> Property owner(s) executing and having recorded against the property a pre-annexation <br /> agreement which provides that the owner(s) shall (as applicable): <br /> a. pay sanitary sewer connection fees; <br /> b. pay all costs associated with making physical connections to City sanitary sewer <br /> service in a manner consistent with City standards in the determination of the <br /> City Engineer or designee; <br /> c. abandon the existing septic system on the property; <br /> d. pay pro-rata share of previously constructed City sanitary sewer infrastructure in <br /> Happy Valley; <br /> e. pay pro-rata share of future frontage improvements along the property if the <br /> County or City in the future undertake public street frontage improvements <br /> (including, but not limited to, curb, gutter/stormdrain system, sidewalk, street <br /> lights, etc.); <br /> f. agree to (or vote in favor if) any future proposed annexation of the property to the <br /> City; <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
