CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO o 518 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 73, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 520 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING <br /> MAP"OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE TENTATIVE MAP, <br /> TRACT 2905, MacKAY HOMES <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated April 3, 1968, as adopted in Section 1,102 of Ordinance <br />No. 520, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into <br />zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit Noo 73, as shown on map dated April, <br /> 1968, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A and made a part <br /> hereof, shall be designated the land use and zoning <br /> districts of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of MacKay Homes, 830 Menlo Avenue, <br /> Menlo Park, California, being 120o214 acres <br /> northwesterly of Hopyard Road and Arroyo Del Valle, <br /> included in approVed tentative map for Tract 2905, <br /> classified as follows: <br /> <br /> R-1-6.,500, One-family Residential District, <br /> 6,500 square feet minimum site area <br /> per dwelling; <br /> RM-1,500, Multi-family Residential District, <br /> 10,000 square feet minimum site area, <br /> 1,500 square feet site area per dwelling <br /> unit. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on May 6, 1968. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on May 13, 1968, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Rega, Reid, Spiliotopoulos & Gertc <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> BERNARD To GERTON"~' MayOr <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HELEN Co McCARTY, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
