The ZHVI reflects the typical value for homes in the 35th to 65th percentile range. The ZHVI reflects <br />the typical value for homes in the 35th to 65th percentile range. The ZHVI includes all owner -occupied housing units, including both <br />single-family homes and condominiums. More information on the ZHVI is available from Zillow.
