Section A.1 Introduction and Summary <br />A.1.1 Introduction <br />This Appendix forms the foundation for understanding Pleasanton's housing <br />needs. The following summarizes key data from this housing needs <br />assessment. <br />• Pleasanton has a higher income population than Alameda County (county). Pleasanton's <br />2019 median household income was $156,400, 57 percent higher than the county <br />($99,406).
