force and effect. <br />F. Taxes. PDA's interest may be subject to possessory interest tax that <br />may be imposed by the County. PDA shall be responsible for any <br />such tax. <br />G. No Dedication. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed a <br />gift or dedication of any portion of the Property to or for the general <br />public or for any public purpose whatsoever. This Agreement shall be <br />strictly limited to and for the purposes expressed within. <br />H. Reservations. City reserves the right, without the consent of UPDA, to <br />grant such easements, licenses, rights or dedications that City deems <br />necessary. <br />Condemnation. If the Property is taken by condemnation, the <br />Agreement shall terminate on the date of the taking. <br />J. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in one or more <br />counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of <br />which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. <br />K. Authority.
