CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 515 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 72, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING <br /> MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE 5.4 ACRES <br /> SOUTHEASTERLY OF HOPYARD ROAD AND BLACK AVENUE <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. <br />309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No o 72, as shown on map dated <br /> March, 1968, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A <br /> and made a part hereof, shall be designated <br /> the land use and zoning districts of said <br /> territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2° Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of D & V Builders, Inc., being <br /> 5.4 acres in the southeast corner of Hopyard <br /> Road and Black Avenue, classified as follows: <br /> <br /> R-2, One and Two Family Residence District <br /> R-i~ Single Family Residence District <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on March 11, 1968o <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on March 18, 1968, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Long, Rega, Reid and Harding <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> WARREN R o HARDIN:~, ~ayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HE'LEN ~'.
