CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO o 5 14 <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 71, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING <br /> MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE, RE TENTATIVE <br /> MAP, TRACT 2855 <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1o The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. <br />309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No o 71, as shown on map dated <br /> March, 1968~ on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A <br /> and made a part hereof, shall be designated <br /> the land use and zoning districts of said <br /> territory° <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of Costanzo Development Co., westerly <br /> of Santa Rita Road and northerly of Valley Avenue, <br /> included in approved tentative map, Tract 2855, <br /> classified as follows <br /> <br /> R-l, Single Family Residence District <br /> RG-15, Garden Apartment Residence District, <br /> 1500 square feet <br /> RG-25, Garden Apartment Residence Dis trict, <br /> 2500 square feet <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on March 11, 1968. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on March 18, 1968, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Long, Rega, Reid and Harding <br /> <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT .'
