CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY ~ CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO o 5 13 <br /> <br /> ESTABLISHING FUTURE WIDTH LINES FOR DIVISION <br /> STREET, FROM ST, MARY STREET TO HOPYARD ROAD <br /> AMENDING ORDINANCE NO o 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE~ <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 309 (Zoning Ordinance) adopted <br />April 18, 1960, is hereby amended by adding new sections to <br />Article 18-A, establishing special building and future street <br />width lines for Division Street, to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 18-A. 500. DIVISION STREET. <br /> There are hereby established the following future street <br /> width lines for Division Street, from St. Mary Street to <br /> Hopyard Road, presently within the City limits. <br /> <br /> Section 18-A.501o The precise plan for this future street <br /> is shown on the plan prepared Iby the City of Pleasanton, <br /> Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering, <br /> entitled, "Future Street Width Lines, Division Street", <br /> dated February 26, 1968, which plan is on file in the <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> <br /> Section 18-A.502. The future width line for Division <br /> Street, from St. Mary Street to Hopyard Road, is generally <br /> described as follows: <br /> <br /> SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO <br /> AND MADE A PART HEREOF <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be published once in "THE <br />TIMES" a newspaper of general circulation published within the <br />City, and shall become effective thirty days after adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on February 19, 1968. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on February 26, 1968, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Rega, Reid and Harding <br /> NOES; None <br /> ABSENT: Councilman Long . ~. <br /> <br /> WARREN R, HARDIN~, Mayor <br />ATTEST g ~/ <br /> <br /> <br />
