RESOLUTION NO. 21-1247 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> APPROVING MINOR SUBDIVISION MAP P21-0076, THE APPLICATION OF <br /> TERRY TOWNSEND <br /> WHEREAS, Terry Townsend has applied for Minor Subdivision Map approval to subdivide <br /> an approximately 1.67-acre parcel into two parcels measuring approximately 21,986 square feet <br /> (Parcel A) and approximately 49,951 square feet (Parcel B) located 2215 Martin Avenue; and <br /> WHEREAS, the minor subdivision map is submitted in conformance with the PUD <br /> application, PUD-141; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of September 21, 2021, the City Council <br /> considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits. and recommendations of the City staff and <br /> Planning Commission concerning this application; and <br /> WHEREAS, the environmental effects of this project were reviewed with the PUD <br /> application, PUD-141, and it was determined the project is exempt from additional CEQA review <br /> because the project was adequately analyzed in the proposed project was undertaken with the <br /> Initial Study/Negative Declaration adopted by the City Council for RZ-97-2 in conformance with <br /> the standards of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br /> WHEREAS, after a review of the materials presented, the Pleasanton City Council <br /> reaffirms all the considerations and findings set forth in Planning Commission staff report; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the proposed subdivision is in keeping with <br /> the requirements of the PUD development plan, PUD-141. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER <br /> THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Approves the application of Terry Townsend for Minor Subdivision Map <br /> approval to subdivide an approximately 1.67-acre parcel into two parcels measuring <br /> approximately 21,986 square feet (Parcel A) and approximately 49,951 square feet (Parcel B) <br /> located 2215 Martin Avenue, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and <br /> made part of this case by reference. <br /> SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon the effective date <br /> of the ordinance approving the PUD-141. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a meeting held on September 21, 2021. <br /> I, Jocelyn Kwong, Acting City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br /> foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 21st day of <br /> September 2021, by the following vote: <br />
