RESOLUTION NO. 21-1247 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING MINOR SUBDIVISION MAP P21-0076, THE APPLICATION OF TERRY TOWNSEND WHEREAS, Terry Townsend has applied for Minor Subdivision Map approval to subdivide an approximately 1.67-acre parcel into two parcels measuring approximately 21,986 square feet (Parcel A) and approximately 49,951 square feet (Parcel B) located 2215 Martin Avenue; and WHEREAS, the minor subdivision map is submitted in conformance with the PUD application, PUD-141; and WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of September 21, 2021, the City Council considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits. and recommendations of the City staff and Planning Commission concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the environmental effects of this project were reviewed with the PUD application, PUD-141, and it was determined the project is exempt from additional CEQA review because the project was adequately analyzed in the proposed project was undertaken with the Initial Study/Negative Declaration adopted by the City Council for RZ-97-2 in conformance with the standards of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and WHEREAS, after a review of the materials presented, the Pleasanton City Council reaffirms all the considerations and findings set forth in Planning Commission staff report; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the proposed subdivision is in keeping with the requirements of the PUD development plan, PUD-141. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: SECTION 1. Approves the application of Terry Townsend for Minor Subdivision Map approval to subdivide an approximately 1.67-acre parcel into two parcels measuring approximately 21,986 square feet (Parcel A) and approximately 49,951 square feet (Parcel B) located 2215 Martin Avenue, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon the effective date of the ordinance approving the PUD-141. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a meeting held on September 21, 2021.
