Il. Support Required from the City of Pleasanton Support of Participants: • Need based scholarships • Accessibility Services, in compliance with ADA (ASL-interpretation, etc.) • Facilitate all ticket sales Marketing Support: • City will provide Box Office Services • City Staff will produce and print, unless otherwise noted, the following for marketing of each show: o Listing in appropriate FAC marketing materials o FAC Monthly poster highlighting one show each o 1 Single Show poster o Social media posts per show o 1 email announcement for entire TVRT season o Targeted e-newsletters per show o Inclusion in monthly FAC e-newsletters o Paid newspaper ads • City will provide printed programs for each production, created by TVRT. If printing quantity exceeds 1200 per production, printing costs for the printing in excess of 1200 will be paid by TVRT. Production, Rehearsal Support: • Performance space — City Staff present or on premises • City will arrange coordination with other departments when needed • City Staff may provide sound as listed in paragraph 6g and operate fly rail and provide building monitor at no additional cost to TVRT • Storage space only during rehearsal and production as available. TVRT is encouraged to check in with City Staff at the end of each rehearsal about leaving props or rehearsal elements behind • City will provide House Manager and ushers for each production • TVRT shall have six (6) days for load in/tech in the Firehouse. • City will provide communication equipment at the two ASM positions, three booth positions and two spot positions. • City will provide light tech(s) for load in sufficient to the production needs • City will provide one light tech for strike. Misc: • Any other items determined in collaboration between the City of Pleasanton and TVRT. • City of Pleasanton will make a concerted effort to (a) limit competing programming during show runs and (b) not place another event/show or meeting in the Firehouse during a show run; however, it is understood by both parties that emergency circumstances may occur. If emergency circumstances do occur, both parties will work collaboratively to mitigate the impact on the show run. Page 3
