CITY OF PLEASANTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES August 17, 2021 This meeting was conducted in accordance with Governor Newsom's Executive Order N-25-20 CO VID-19 pandemic protocols. SPECIAL MEETING Mayor Brown called the teleconferenced special meeting of the City Council from various remote locations to order at the hour of 6:00 p.m. ROLL CALL Present: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Narum, Testa, Mayor Brown Absent: None PUBLIC COMMENT – None ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS pursuant to Gov. Code, §54956.8: Properties: (1) 7240 Johnson Drive (Assessor Parcel Nos. 941-1300-18 and 941-1300-17); and (2) 7280 Johnson Drive (Assessor Parcel Nos. 941-1300-15 and 941-1300-14) Agency negotiator: Nelson Fialho, City Manager and Brian Dolan, Assistant City Manager Negotiating parties: (1) AT&T; and (2) TP Heritage Inn of Pleasanton LLC and SS Heritage Inn of Pleasanton LLC Under negotiation: Price and terms of payment CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Initiation of litigation pursuant to Gov.
