CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 512 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 70, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NOo 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING <br /> MAP'OF SAID ORDINANCE RE D & V BUILDERS <br /> PROPERTY EAST OF HOPYARD ROAD, BETWEEN <br /> VALLEY AVENUE AND BLACK AVENUE <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1o The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated April 18, 1960, as adopted in Section 3°3 of Ordinance No. <br />309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit Noo 70~ as shown on map dated <br /> January, 1968, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A <br /> and made a part hereof, and Applications No. <br /> RZ-67-12 and RZ-67-16, shall be designated the <br /> land use and zoning districts of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2o Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, is fur ther described as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of D & V Builders and Morrison <br /> Trust, being approximately 44 acres easterly <br /> of Hopyard Road between Valley Avenue and <br /> Black Avenue, as recommended by the Pleasanton <br /> Planning Commission in Resolution No. 743 <br /> (as modified between Crestline and Hopyard Roads), <br /> classified as follows: <br /> <br /> C-N, Neighborhood Commercial District <br /> C-O, Administrative and Professional Office District <br /> R-2, One and Two Family Residence District <br /> RG-15, Garden Apartment Residence District, 1500 sq.f'. <br /> RG-25, Garden Apartment Residence District, 2500 sq.f'. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on January 29, 1968. <br /> <br /> ADOFrED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on February 5, 1968, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Long, Rega, Reid and Harding <br /> <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> WARREN' R.
