Rear yard landscaping will be determined <br />at a future date, though will be required to be installed within six months of occupancy. Trees <br />may need to be removed along Dennis Drive to accommodate the development and a public <br />sidewalk. A condition of approval has been added requiring the applicant/property owner to <br />provide a tree report prior to submitting for construction permits. The project proposal also <br />includes a new eight -foot -tall solid redwood fence along the side and rear property lines of Parcel <br />A and a six-foot tall solid redwood fence connected to the side walls of the home to the side <br />property lines would enclose and screen the backyard area. Overall, staff finds the proposed <br />planting and fencing plan acceptable.
