Avenue; Parcel A would be approximately 21,794 square feet in area and face Dennis <br />Drive (see Figures 4 and 5). <br />An approximately 4,179 -square -foot, two-story single-family residence with an <br />approximately 939 -square -foot attached garage and related site improvements would <br />be constructed on Parcel A. The proposed home would be accessible from Dennis <br />Drive, be set back a considerable distance (i.e., 47 feet) from Dennis Drive, and <br />maintain generous setbacks on the remaining sides.
