Consider an application for: 1) Minor Subdivision approval to subdivide an approximately 1.67-acre <br /> parcel into two parcels measuring approximately 21,794 square feet (Parcel A) and approximately <br /> 48,311 square feet (Parcel B); 2) Planned Unit Development (PUD) Development Plan approval to <br /> retain the existing home and related improvements on Parcel B and construct a two-story home and <br /> related site improvements on Parcel A at 2207 Martin Avenue; and 3) approval of a Growth <br /> Management Allocation (PUD-140) <br /> 6. Approve a third amendment to the professional services agreement with Sci Consulting Group for <br /> additional financial and engineering services for a not-to-exceed amount of$54,695 for a total <br /> contract amount of$108,065 for the Lighting and Landscape Maintenance Districts <br /> Finance <br /> 9. Adopt a resolution establishing convenience surcharge of 2.5 percent for credit card payments <br /> made to the City of Pleasanton <br /> Operations Services <br /> 10. Adopt and waive second reading of Ordinance 2221 amending Municipal Code Chapter 9.30 Water <br /> Management Plan to reflect previously adopted Water Shortage Contingency Plan update from the <br /> 2020 Urban Water Management Plan and make other minor adjustments <br /> 11. Approve as-needed agreements for Utilities — Reservoir Inspection, cleaning, and repairs with <br /> Catalyst Diving Inc. and CSI Services Inc in the amounts of$150,000 for a three-year term <br /> 12. Approve as-needed agreements for Utilities — sewer/storm flushing and Closed Circuit Television <br /> (CCTV) services with Pipe and Plant Solutions Inc., Presidio Systems Inc., Pro Pipe Inc., and <br /> National Plant Services Inc. in the amounts of$500,000 for a three-year term <br /> 13. Approve as-needed agreements for Utilities — Cathodic System Inspection, design and repair with <br /> Accurate Corrosion Control Inc., Corrosion Integrity LLC, and Corrosion Protection Solutions in the <br /> amounts of$300,000 for a three-year term <br /> 14. Approve agreement with Terra Landscape for miscellaneous landscape services at various city <br /> owned landscapes in the amount of$2,029,542 for a three-year term <br /> 15.
