EXHIBIT A Presidio Systems, Inc. Presl io Syste s, Inc. License#832413 SCOPE OF SERVICE PSI is a full service outfit and our trucks are fully equipped to handle most any issue. Each truck carries all the equipment necessary. Our TV trucks carry all signage necessary to complete our job in a safe manner. Each truck is also equipped with confined space equipment if needed and approved. Our Hydro-Vac trucks carry a full line of working nozzles to service any needs in the most efficient manner. We staff each truck with(2)experienced workers to ensure a safe productive environment for maximum results. CCTV All camera operators are NASSCO PACP/MACP certified so all collected data will be uniform to the NASSCO standards. All operators have many years of experience and they understand what to look for when assessing the pipe. If there are obstructions in the line, they will call back the Hydro-Vac truck,to re-clean the obstructions. If we can't get through we will perform a new set-up and reversal and note on the deliverables or perform reverse set up to achieve the most accurate data Our Possum Software allows us to input the city's GIS coordinance for more accurate reporting. Our trucks have different size cameras on board to perform most pipe sizes. Our cameras range from a mighty mini to a large pipe tractor. We also have a lateral launcher to access laterals from inside the main pipe. Our footage counter is always very accurate starting at zero and at the proper distance making reports more accurate and if needed,marking above ground issues more precisely. Final reports from CCTV inspection videos and data base are available at the end of each day by external drive or drop box. The camera lighting,rotation and camera quality all conform to your RFP standards. Hydro Jetting Unless directed, we start from the high point and work downward. All debris is captured in a basket or suction tubes. Jetting water pressure is based on the different areas and their conditions. Each truck carries a full line of nozzles for every condition we come across. Water used in jetting will be done with a dedicated Pleasanton water meter or reclaimed water. All trucks have a built in backflow device and attachments for ease of fill up. Surcharged Manholes PSI will work with city personnel to determine the best way to achieve results. Common fixes are to shut down pump,plug line and remove water. A plan will be in place first with the city.
