Ordinance No. 2220 <br /> Page 13 of 26 <br /> approved plans during construction which affect the digital submittal, shall be resubmitted <br /> for GIS review no later than 1 month prior to scheduling a final inspection. The updated <br /> digital submittal will be checked and approved before the building permit will be finalized <br /> and certificate of occupancy granted (if applicable). For phased project, the digital <br /> submittal must be approved prior to the first occupancy of any phase. The information will <br /> be used for public safety and emergency response planning by the Police and Fire <br /> Departments. Refer to the "Digital Plan Submittal Requirements" for necessary data and <br /> file formatting requirements. <br /> ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT — LAND DEVELOPMENT —925-931-5650 <br /> 48. UTILITY UNDERGROUNDING: The applicant shall be responsible for the undergrounding <br /> of the overhead utility lines across the project frontage on Dublin Canyon Road All utility <br /> lines shall be installed in conduit Only PG&E switch enclosures or capacity banks can be <br /> installed above ground provided the units are screened with landscaping to the satisfaction <br /> of the Director of Community Development. (Project Specific Condition) (Address this <br /> condition prior to issuance of an Occupancy Permit.) <br /> 49. The applicant's design engineer shall submit the following documents with the first submittal <br /> of the improvement plans: <br /> a. Stormwater Requirement Checklist with an exhibit showing existing impervious <br /> area, impervious area to be removed and replaced, and new impervious area to <br /> be created; <br /> b. Water demand calculations; <br /> c. Sanitary sewer load calculations; and <br /> d. Hydrologic and hydraulic calculations (Address these conditions prior to Building <br /> Permit issuance.) (Project Specific Condition) <br /> 50. GROUNDWATER WELL: Because the applicant intends to utilize an existing groundwater <br /> well for irrigation use, the applicant shall fill-out and submit to Zone 7 Water Agency a <br /> "Statement of Future Well Use". Said form is available for download at the following link: <br /> http://www.zone7water.com/images/pdf docs/permits/statement of future use.pdf <br /> (Address this condition prior to issuance of an Occupancy Permit.) <br /> 51. GEOTECHNICAL RECOMMENDATIONS: The Updated Geotechnical Investigation by <br /> Geocon Consultants dated April 2020 (Project No. E9164-04-02) includes specific <br /> recommendations with respect to the site improvements. All of these recommendations <br /> shall be incorporated into the design. The following recommendations must be addressed <br /> in the final design: <br /> a. Recommendation 6.10.4 requires that retaining walls greater than 2 feet in retained <br /> height be provided with a drainage system to prevent hydrostatic pressure buildup. <br /> b. Recommendation 6.13.2 and .3 prohibits ponded water against any building <br /> foundations. BMP-1 immediately adjacent to the northern and western walls of the <br /> Community Center Building must have a barrier or liner shown on the bio-retention <br /> area detail. (Address these conditions prior to Building Permit issuance.) (Project <br /> Specific Condition) <br />
