The updated digital submittal will be checked and approved before the building permit will be finalized and certificate of occupancy granted (if applicable). For phased project, the digital submittal must be approved prior to the first occupancy of any phase. The information will be used for public safety and emergency response planning by the Police and Fire Departments. GROUNDWATER WELL: Because the applicant intends to utilize an existing groundwater well for irrigation use, the applicant shall fill-out and submit to Zone 7 Water Agency a "Statement of Future Well Use". GEOTECHNICAL RECOMMENDATIONS: The Updated Geotechnical Investigation by Geocon Consultants dated April 2020 (Project No. E9164-04-02) includes specific recommendations with respect to the site improvements. All of these recommendations shall be incorporated into the design. The following recommendations must be addressed in the final design: a. Recommendation 6.10.4 requires that retaining walls greater than 2 feet in retained height be provided with a drainage system to prevent hydrostatic pressure buildup. b. Recommendation 6.13.2 and .3 prohibits ponded water against any building foundations. BMP-1 immediately adjacent to the northern and western walls of the Community Center Building must have a barrier or liner shown on the bio-retention area detail.
