Summary of Feedback from Self-guided Site Tour <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends that the Planning Commission provide feedback on the draft changes to the <br /> Housing Site Development Standards and Design Guidelines (2012 Housing DG) and review <br /> and discuss housing densities for residential development in preparation for upcoming <br /> meetings regarding site selection for the current (6th Cycle) Housing Element Update <br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> The City of Pleasanton has initiated a process to develop an updated and expanded set of <br /> objective design standards for residential development.
