The battery will be installed in the right side rear crane <br /> compartment. <br /> -A Sure Power 1314-200 amp battery separator will be provided and installed. <br /> Warning and Compartment Lights: <br /> • LED strip lights will be installed in all compartments. These lights will be activated by a switch installed <br /> inside the cab so they can be turned off during the day. <br /> • Six, (6)surface mounted LED strobe lights will be installed on the vehicle as follows: 2 at the front, 2 at <br /> the rear, and 1 on the left and right side of the truck body. <br /> • A Federal Signal SL85A Traffic Advisor/equivalent will be provided and installed at the back of the cab on <br /> the headboard facing the rear of the truck. <br /> • Two(2)Whelen L31 LED Beacons installed on the headboard. <br /> Paint and finish: <br /> Body exterior and compartment interiors to be painted white to match the cab. <br /> All surfaces to be acid etched, cleaned of rust, grease, oil, dirt, millscale, prior to the prime coat of paint. <br /> All exterior and interior surfaces coated with minimum two coats of metal primer <br /> Body exterior painted with minimum two coats paint to match cab. <br /> Body and Equipment Installer Requirements: <br /> Must be located within 50 miles of Pleasanton, CA. <br /> Must be a factory authorized sales and service center for all components listed in this specification. <br /> Body and equipment installer must have either a professional engineer registered by the CA State Board <br /> for Professional Engineers on staff, or must have a third party registered professional engineer that has <br /> reviewed and approved the proposed structural, layout and installation of all components/equipment. <br /> Engineers contact information must be provided. <br /> Installer must provide a minimum of five (5) references (name, organization and phone number), who have <br /> taken delivery of units of this type with the options listed in this specification and installed by the bidder <br /> within the last year. <br /> Price excluding chassis: $97,052.00 <br /> Payment: 2%- 10 discount, Net 30- 1.5%Interest on outstanding past 30 <br /> Price does not include tax or license fees <br /> Cancelled orders by approval only.All cost will be reimbursed <br /> F.O.B.Tracy, CA 95376 <br /> • Page 6 <br />
