CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY ~ CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 507 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 69, AMENDING ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) AND "ZONING <br /> MAP OF SAID ORDINANCE RE 3895 FIRST STREET <br /> DRIVE- IN <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton", <br />dated December, 1967, as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance No. <br />309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 69, as shown on map dated <br /> December, 1967, on file with the City Clerk, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto as EXHIBIT A <br /> and made a part hereof, and Application RZ-67-15, <br /> shall be designated the land use and zoning <br /> districts of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as amend- <br />ed, is further described as follows: <br /> <br /> Approximately 11,106 square feet of land, commonly <br /> known as 3895 First Street, Pleasanton, Drive-In <br /> Restaurant, pursuant to map above, classified as <br /> follows: <br /> <br /> C-T, Thoroughfare Commercial District <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on December 11, 1967. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on December 18~ 1967 , by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmen Rega, Reid and Harding <br /> <br /> NOES: None <br /> <br /> ABSENT: Councilmen Gerton and Long <br /> <br /> WARREN R o HARDIN~,~ Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> ELEN C, McCARTY, C'~'~y'~ Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
