FIRE AND POLICE <br /> <br />35. <br /> <br />Unless waived by the Fire Marshall, the applicant shall install a know box or <br />similar device on the driveway gates proposed to be located over the driveway. The <br />type of box or device to be installed shall be decided by the Fire Marshall. <br /> <br />36. <br /> <br />The home shall be equipped with an automatic residential fire suppression system <br />with an on-site water storage tank (minimum 650 gallon capacity) and water <br />pressure booster pump, subject to the satisfaction of the Chief Building Official <br />and Fire Marshall. Unless otherwise approved by the Fire Marshall, Planning <br />Director, and Chief Building Official, the water tank shall be located underground <br />as shown on the hardscape plan. The maintenance and repair of the water tank and <br />pump shall be the sole responsibility of the property owner. <br /> <br />37. <br /> <br />The home shall be constructed with Class A fire retardant roo£mg material to the <br />satisfaction of the Fire Marshall. <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />The house shall the meet the fire and security requirements in Chapters 20.24 and <br />20.36 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />39. <br /> <br />The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final <br />inspection. <br /> <br />40. <br /> <br />The applicants shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly <br />visible from the adjoining streets during both daylight and night time hours. <br /> <br />41. <br /> <br />Driplines of trees planted close to chinmeys shall be at least ten (10) feet away <br />from the these chimney tops. The dripline shall be defmed as the area on the ' <br />ground that the tree covers on attaining its mature form. <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES <br /> <br />42. <br /> <br />All initial site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to <br />the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All construction <br />equipment must meet Depa~hnent of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and <br />shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />43. <br /> <br />At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as <br />living or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be <br />removed from the site at the end of each workday. <br /> <br /> <br />
