Chair Brown made an edit to the last sentence of the third paragraph on page 4 to replace <br /> `frustration' with `concern' to read "He expressed frustration concern with the 15-year delay on <br /> the sidewalk improvements required..." <br /> Chair Brown noted in his review of Item 7 from the July 14, 2021 meeting minutes, they <br /> reflected no comments from him. Director of Community Development Ellen Clark responded <br /> that staff would re-listen to the audio and amend the minutes to add comments provided by <br /> Chair Brown if any had been inadvertently omitted; staff would reflect those comments into the <br /> minutes to be brought back to the Commission for approval at the next meeting. <br /> 3. P20-0596, Jing Cui/Spring Music Academy, 4811 Hopyard Rd, Suite G7 —Application <br /> for Conditional Use Permit approval to operate the following programs in an existing tenant <br /> space: 1) to expand the existing year-round music school from 20 to 50 people, from 7:30- <br /> 10 p.m. on weekdays and 8:30 a.m.-10 p.m. on Saturdays; 2) to operate a heritage school <br /> for 50 people from 2-6:30 p.m. on weekdays when school is in session; and 3) to operate a <br /> summer choir camp for 50 people from 9 a.m.- 4 p.m. on weekdays.
